A registered training organisation in Myaree, built on the idea that a trade qualification should be earned on the tools.
“The secret to running a successful RTO is simple: be good to others.”
Chris Davies, Founder
Aspire Education and Training was founded by Chris Davies. Before starting Aspire, Chris built a career as a high school teacher and VET coordinator, then held a number of roles inside a private registered training organisation, including RTO Manager and CEO.
Through those roles he saw first hand what makes an RTO work, and it came down to something plain: be good to others. People are our business, and that is why you come first.
It is also why every class caps at eight. A cap is an expensive promise to keep — fewer seats per session, more sessions to run — but a qualification earned by watching somebody else is not worth the paper it is printed on.
Our trainers and assessors came off the tools and into the classroom. Behind them, an administration team makes sure the paperwork side is painless — from enrolling through to your qualification landing in your inbox.
High school teacher, VET coordinator, data and security installer, then RTO Manager and CEO inside a private RTO before starting Aspire.
Teacher, Deputy Principal, technician, sales consultant before transitioning across to managing day to day operations at Aspire.
An engineer by trade, then a security technician, then communications — which between them cover most of what Aspire teaches.
Courses are customisable, well resourced and delivered at comfortable, easy-to-reach venues. Weekends and after hours run on request.
Fast Track and Recognition of Prior Learning formalise skills you already have, without sitting through all of it again.
From the first enquiry to the certificate arriving, the administration is handled so you can get on with the work.
You are always welcome to drop in at Myaree and look at our venue and meet us .
